Risk Events

Risk Events are incidents, outages, security breaches, or other issues that Clarative automatically detects from your vendors. Each event is AI-triaged using your risk rules and assigned a risk level to help you prioritize your response.

How to use Risk Events​

  1. Access events: Navigate to the Review tab to see all active risk events
  2. Review details: Click on any event to see:
    • Event description and business impact
    • Duration and affected services
    • AI triage explanation and risk level
    • Related SLA impacts
  3. Take action: Choose from available actions:
    • Mark Resolved: Close the event as resolved
    • Dismiss: Mark as not relevant to your business
    • Generate Verification Request: Send details to a business owner for review
  4. Add comments: Use the activity section to document your analysis and decisions

All actions are automatically logged for audit trails and compliance reporting.
