Data Requests

Data Requests let you collect performance data, compliance information, and other vendor metrics through automated surveys and external vendor communications.

Types of Data Requests​

  • Internal Surveys: Send surveys to internal stakeholders about vendor performance
  • External Data Requests: Request data directly from your vendors

Data Request

How to use Data Requests​

  1. Access Data Collection: Go to any vendor detail page and click the Data Collection tab
  2. Create requests:
    • Internal Surveys: Click New Survey to create stakeholder feedback surveys
    • External Requests: Click New Data Request to request data from vendors
  3. Monitor responses: Track survey completion and vendor response rates
  4. Review data: Analyze collected data with AI assistance to inform risk assessments and SLA monitoring

Use Data Requests to gather information that isn't available through automated monitoring, such as vendor financial health, compliance certifications, or internal satisfaction ratings.
