Role Configurations​

Roles can be configured to give different users access to various functionalities.

Capabilities:

  • Analyst Workflow - Gives users access to the "Deep Dive" workflow. This is enabled by default, but can be disabled for different user groups.
  • Insights Workflow - Gives users access to the "Overview" workflow. This is disabled by default.
  • Rulebook - Gives users the ability to create and edit Golden Queries and Rules. This is disabled by default.
  • Admin Console - Gives users the ability to create ane edit roles. Admin permissions give the user the ability to review the audit logs. This is disabled by default. When enabling this permission, it also requires that the Rulebook permission is enabled.

Audit Log​

The audit log allows adminstrators to review user conversations to ensure that the AI queries are surfacing useful information.
